Pricing of CORPORATE EVENTS

Pricing of corporate events is variable depending on areas of facility used, number of guests, duration of program, type of activities and catering preferences. We've provided sample pricing from just a few recent events held at BeaveRun as a point of reference.

Small group meeting and event combo

This group of 12 held part of their regional management meeting at BeaveRun. They used a meeting room in our Conference Center for the morning, enjoyed a casual catered lunch, and then had an afternoon of fun with the Karting Team Building Experience and Autocross races. This package included BeaveRun windshirts for all and prizes for competition winners.  Pricing.................................$2,500

Small group client entertainment

This company invited 15 current/prospective clients to BeaveRun for an afternoon / evening of entertainment. The 5 hour event included Karting, Autocross, Hot Laps in high performance cars, picnic-style dinner and beer. Pricing..................................$3,600

This was a half-day event for 40 employees. It included the Karting Team Building Experience, one hour of Hot Laps, and light dinner.  Pricing...............$4,300

Medium group reward program

This company selected 75 of their top performers to participate in an afternoon/evening of Karting Competitions, Autocross and Hot Laps - combined with a catered outdoor barbeque.

Large group all-out event

A beverage vendor treated 200 bartenders to a full day of karting; adventure driving exercises such as car fighting, barricade breaching and pit maneuvers; obstacle course; bicycle polo; runs on our VDA / skid pad; breakfast, lunch and an extensive dinner buffet.  Pricing......................$33,000
