PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

Normal Gate Hours
  • Gate Hours - Week Days.  The entrance gate to the track (top of hill. on Penndale Road) is normally open from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm on weekdays during the primary season of April 1st through October 31st.  Gate hours may vary during the November 1st through March 31st period.
  • Gate Hours - Weekends.  Gate hours on weekends is contingent upon whether an event is scheduled for the day.  For all practical purposes, the weekend days from April 1st through October 31st have events scheduled and would open at 7:00 am and close at  5:00 pm.
  • Gate Hours - EveningsEvening hours are contingent upon scheduled events... the Detailed Event Schedule includes starting and ending times.  Kart rentals, for example, are frequently scheduled for the summer evenings and the gate would close a reasonable time after the rental sessions are concluded.

Waiver Signing

All visitors to the BeaveRun facility, including competitors and spectators, must sign our Standard Waiver before proceeding beyond the Track Office.  For most event-related circumstances there will be a BeaveRun security person stationed outside the Track Office to handle signing of the waiver, but if there is not, it is mandatory that you stop in at the Track Office and sign the waiver before proceeding.

  • Paddock Space-North Track
  • Paddock Space-Wilson Circuit
  • Paddock Space-VDA

Late Arrivals

For certain events there are participants who travel great distances and their arrival is outside normal gate hours.  To accommodate these late arrivals there must be advance arrangements made between the event's  organization and BeaveRun's management to have Security Personnel monitor the gate (which will be closed after 9:00 pm) and admit the late-comers.

Because the paddock areas are not equipped with night lighting, late arrivals will be asked to park their vehicles in an easily accessible area until morning and then relocate to their final locations.

If late arrival provisions have not been made, there is limited parking in the vicinity of the cul-de-sac on Penndale road and it will be necessary to wait until the gate opens the next morning.

Overnight Stays/Camping

Limited overnight camping is available if advance preparations are made between the applicable Event Organization (i.e., the event for which the person[s] who wish to camp are registered) and the BeaveRun Management.  Overnight stays by spectators are not permitted.

Camping Fees

  • The Camping Fee is $ /night per vehicle.  All camping vehicles must notify the BeaveRun Staff of their intent to camp and pay for all camping fees in advance at the time the vehicle enters the property.  A camping permit/windshield sticker will be issued at the time of payment.
  • Electric Hook-Up Fee.  There is an additional Electric Hook-Up Fee of $ per night at the option of the camper.
    • Electric hookups are very limited in number and available only at three locations;
      • Wilson Circuit Paddock perpendicular to Timing and Scoring Building
      • Central Paddock area between Wilson Circuit Paddock and North Track Paddock
      • North Track Paddock at base of Timing and Scoring Building
  • Sewage.  There is no provision for connecting camping vehicles into a local sewage system and there is no provision for emptying on-board holding tanks.  Holding tanks must be emptied at an authorized service facility off the BeaveRun property.  For extended stays a local sewage hauling company can be contacted for cleanout services at the expense of the camper.

Camping Locations.  It is permissible to stay overnight in motor homes and similar accommodations within assigned paddock areas so long as the occupied space does not encroach into adjacent paddock slots.  Tents can be erected and staked in any of the grass areas adjacent to assigned paddock locations.  Certain areas may be designated with signs as "No Camping" areas.
