Wednesday nights from 5-8PM starting June 10th participants will take to the track for practice, qualifying, a pre-final race and a final race.

Entry fees for the Wednesday night races will be $80 with the entry list eventually capped at 30 racers. Participants entering the Summer League can sign up for the full seven race season for just $320, or the cost of four race nights!

Points will be scored for the best five of seven races in the League allowing racers to miss a few races and still compete for the Championship. As a special incentive to launch the Summer League, racers that sign up for the League but miss one session will receive a voucher for a practice day.

The top three finishers in the Summer League will earn an automatic free entry in the Rock Kart World Qualifier to be held at BeaveRun in October. The top three in the Qualifier will earn an entry in the World Finals race in South Bend, Indiana. Any BeaveRun racer able to bring him the win from the World Finals earns a free season of TAG racing (8 races) at BeaveRun in 2010 ($4000+ value).

Rock Kart Summer Enduro:

The Summer Enduro is scheduled for Saturday July 4th on the Wilson Circuit. This two hour endurance race format features the Birel Rock Karts on the .45 mile, ten-turn west portion of the Wilson Circuit.

Teams of two to six drivers take turns behind the wheel in a timed race where the winner completes the most laps in the allotted time period. In the first two Enduro races of the season the winning margins have been just 15 seconds and 2 seconds following 156 and 127 laps of competition respectively!

The exciting racing has attracted several Rock Kart Racing regulars as well as entrants from AutoX, SCCA road racing and the BeaveRun Karting Series including several father/son and driver/sponsor teams which has made for some fast, close racing!

The Enduros feature several twists not typically seen in the Rock Kart racing programs. Tire management is a key issue as the fast pace tends to be harsh on left front tires. Also, driver management comes in to play as teams are required to make five pit stops over the course of the race. And of course Lady Luck is a huge factor at any endurance race.

The cost of the race is $360 per team and includes fresh Enduro Race only tires fitted on all machines. Individual entries and partial teams are encouraged to enter as well and will be partnered with additional racers as needed. Mechanics and pit lane assistants are provided for the teams so racers only need to strategize and drive!

5 years old and Up - Real race karts are available for rent from BeaveRun's trackside ProShop - Turn1 ProSports. The Birel karts are available as Kid Karts for the 5-8 year olds, Cadets for 8-12 year olds and full sized Yamaha powered karts. These karts can be used for Test Drives, Private Instruction, Practices, Schools and Races.
