Every winter we all deal with the same issues of driving in difficult, often treacherous, road conditions just to get through our daily routine. Now BeaveRun offers a "hands-on" instructional course that will help dispel your fears of driving in winter conditions.
This course offers professional classroom instruction on the vehicle dynamics associated with winter driving. You will spend the majority of the day behind the wheel of your vehicle on our expansive Vehicle Dynamics Area. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one, showing you how to assess conditions and then respond appropriately to slippery or otherwise dangerous situations. We will address front wheel skids, rear wheel skids, off-road recoveries, and turning and braking at the same time. You will develop an understanding of ABS and how it works to help you control your vehicle.
We will take you through a step by step process of skid control and collision avoidance to help you better your driving skills in less than suitable conditions... all the time helping you to become more confident of your ability to address winter driving situations.
