INFORMATION FOR THE COMPETITOR

For those who are coming to BeaveRun to compete, the following information is offered with additional details available by clicking on the appropriate links.

For All Race Participants and Crew Members

  • Plan your arrival time in accordance with the event:

    • Gate hours for race events are normally from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM and entrance to the track outside of these hours is not possible unless special arrangements have been made by the event host

    • Camping may be available if advance arrangements have been made by the event host

  • All persons entering the track must stop at the track entrance and sign the Release Form

For the Automobile and Motorcycle Racer

  • Map of North Track showing Turn Numbers, Corner Worker Stations, Paddock Areas

  • Map of BeaveRun Facility showing the location of Office, restrooms, air hose, racing fuel, etc.

  • Registration for North Track events is often located in the lower level entrance foyer of the BeaveRun Event Center building but the host organization may specify a different location

  • Be considerate in where and how you park your trailer and tow vehicles:

    • Park only in assigned paddock areas for the North Track

    • Do not park trailers or tow vehicles around the Event Center Building unless you have leased a garage space for the race event or made specific arrangements with the host organization

    • Park perpendicular to paddock roadways to conserve space, which is especially important for major race weekends

    • Do not occupy space on paddock roadways in a fashion that will restrict access by emergency vehicles

  • North Track details of interest to the racer

For the Kart, Super Motard and YSR Racer

  • Map of Wilson Circuit

  • Registration for Kart Racing events is normally located in Wilson Circuit Timing and Scoring  building but the host organization may specify a different location

For the Autocross and Drift Participant

  • Registration is normally handled at the entrance to the Vehicle Dynamics Area (VDA)

  • Paddock your car adjacent to the the VDA and recognize that your vehicle must not interfere with other events that may be going on in parallel with yours

  • Do not park or stage your vehicle in a way that restricts the flow of traffic to other parts of the facility
