with children under 12 normally admitted free. Some charity events may
be slightly higher but the proceeds go to a worthy local area cause.
You're Free to Roam within Designated Areas
As is customary in road racing, spectators
are free to roam and are not "shackled to a bleacher seat" in some grand
stand. There are many choice viewing areas that overlook the North
Track as well as the Wilson Circuit. In fact, from the elevated strip
of ground separating the North Track and Wilson Circuit, it's possible to
look north and watch automobile or motorcycle racing on the North Track and
then look to the south to watch kart, Super Motard or YSR racing.
-
The False Grid and Hot Pit areas are not open to
spectators
-
Spectators must remain within the fenced-in spectator
areas for obvious safety reasons
-
Spectators can mingle with the racers in the paddock
areas and look closely at (but not touch) the fascinating array of cars,
bikes and karts.
Spread a blanket in the grass or bring a lawn chair... then
just kick back and enjoy a fun day at the track. |
