May 2-4, 2003
BeaveRun welcomes thousands of enthusiasts, competitors and spectators for an action-packed weekend of racing and motorsports excitement when pro racing returns to western Pennsylvania for the first time in a century on May 2-4. During that weekend, five major national racing series, a three-day Mazda Miata Festival, and several other high-profile special events will transform BeaveRun's 400-acre multi-track facility into the place to be for anyone who loves cars, karts and the excitement of speed.
Leading the competition line-up on BeaveRun's 1.6 mile road course are the SCCA Sports Racing Pro Series, the Mazdaspeed Miata Cup Presented by Hankook Tires, the Pro Spec Racer series and the Formula SCCA North American Atlantic Tour. An additional highlight of the weekend is the Snapon.com Champ Cars Stars of Tomorrow karting eastern region finals, where top drivers battle it out on BeaveRun's world-class 8/10-mile Wilson Circuit.
BeaveRun also opens its gates to a multitude of other high-adrenaline events, including a three-day Miata Festival and Driving School sponsored by Baglier Mazda, the BeaveRun 100 karting enduro and a celebrity kart race benefiting regional volunteer fire companies. BeaveRun is a great place for the whole family to come out and watch all the fast-paced action-- panoramic viewing areas give a bird's eye view of both tracks.
