Karting Schools at BeaveRun

BeaveRun Karting Center offers instruction in every level of karting participation. Whether you want to experience the thrill of driving a kart for the first time, or you want intensive advanced training to improve your racing results, the BeaveRun Karting Center can provide concise, comprehensive instruction.

• Our schools use a state-of-the-art fleet of karts based on racing chassis.
• Our instructors are seasoned kart racers, who understand the personal attention required to make your instruction effective.
• We specialize in small class sizes of 4 or less, so you never feel like you're just part of the crowd.

The three schools are briefly described below:

Cadet School - Programs will be conducted in scaled down racing karts to suit the physical size of students in the 8-12 year old range. The schools will run from 8:30-12:30 and will include a combination of classroom and "on track" time, culminating in a fun race designed to teach the fundamentals of kart racing. Advanced programs will be aimed at preparing drivers in this age range for racing at the local, regional and national levels.

Junior School - Programs will be conducted with Cadet- or full-size karts depending on the physical size of the student. Students in this school would normally have progressed through the Cadet School or otherwise learned the fundamentals of karting. Training emphasis is on the driving line, smoothness and learning how to go faster while maintaining control. Advanced programs introduce racing strategy, event strategy and data acquisition basics.

Senior School - Programs will use full-size 4-cycle karts. Multiple activities will take the student from novice to "active racer", including lapping and computer lapping exercises.
